What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes up to 50 recipes, 5 AI generations per month, personal collections, meal planning, recipe version history, and cooking mode. It's perfect for casual home cooks getting started with recipe management.
How do AI generations work?
AI generations use Google's Gemini AI to create complete recipes from your prompts, suggest ingredient substitutions, or calculate nutritional information. Free users get 5 generations per month, while Premium users get 50.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade to Premium at any time and your new features will be available immediately. If you downgrade, you'll retain Premium access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@recipemasterai.com for assistance.
What happens to my recipes if I downgrade?
Your recipes are never deleted. If you exceed the Free tier limit of 50 recipes, you'll be able to view all recipes but won't be able to create new ones until you're under the limit or upgrade again.
Do you offer team or family plans?
Not currently, but we're exploring team and family plans for the future. Join our newsletter to be notified when they become available.
Is there a student or educator discount?
We're considering educational discounts for the future. For now, our Free plan offers generous features for students and educators to get started.
